Attendance: Jeff Albrinck, Bill Puthoff, John Ranz, George Snyder
1. “Committee As A Whole”- All Council in attendance for discussion. No legislative action to be taken. Renewal TIF Notes- meeting to discuss the renewal of Evendale Commons- Tax Increment Revenue Notes Renewal. Representatives from Miller Valentine, 5/3 Bank and Peck, Schaffer, Williams LLP will be in attendance.
2. Finance
1. Investment Advisor- Ted Sumnar- Met with Mr. Sumnar to clarify his role as investment advisor.
2. FEMA Fund- Started to receive money from FEMA so a fund will be created.
3. Phi Lambda Pi Fund- New fund will be created and controlled by CFO to handle all Phi money. Change due to confusion over form of entity.
4. Taxable Fringe Benefits- Certain clothing and cell phone usage will start to be taxed.
